About me

I am 30 year old human being currently living in Tampere, Finland with my wife and our small children.

I recently graduated from Tampere University of Technology and currently I work at a medium-sized local company as a full-time Linux software developer.

Hobbies and other interests

My dearest hobby without doubt is programming. I have been doing that since I was 9 years old and I probably do it next 40 years at least. I know the most common programming languages and few exotic ones too and like to learn new languages every now and then.

And when I am not spending my time with studies or computers, I do some biking around Tampere, read fantasy or programming related books and play various board games (like Carcassonne).

Some random remarks

• I have studied Latin 6 years and know it better than second official language of Finland, Swedish. But I have had no actual use for it yet.
• Instead of Microsoft Windows I prefer Open Source software, particularly systems like and OpenBSD and software like ViM, GCC and Blackbox.
• I like all kinds of tea flavors and tend to avoid coffee and alcohol.
